How are bubble.credits calculated
bubble.credits are calculated based on the distance, estimated time, and cost of each journey. Since traffic conditions vary, the amount of Bubble.Credits earned for the same trip may differ.
On average, many of our users earn £4 in Bubble.Credits for every £100 spent on rides.
To put that into perspective, that’s £4 off every time you travel to Heathrow or Central London.

Can I exchange my bubble.credits for money?
No, bubble.credits cannot be exchanged for cash. They are designed to be used exclusively for bubble.ride trips and perks, giving you more value every time you ride 💙.
Can I use bubble.credits for any ride?
Yes, you can use bubble.credits for any trip. However, they cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Can I redeem bubble.credits partially, or do I have to use them all at once?
You can redeem as little as one credit or use your full balance—it’s entirely up to you! bubble.credits can be redeemed when booking a ride online by adjusting the bubble.credit slider or by phone when booking with our team.
Do bubble.credits expire
bubble.credits do not expire as long as you have an active bubble.ride account. If your account becomes inactive (i.e. there is no activity), your bubble.credits will expire after 24 months. Expired bubble.credits cannot be refunded or redeemed
What happens to my bubble.credits if I cancel a ride?
If you cancel a ride, any bubble.credits used for the booking will be returned to your account. However, for late cancellations or "no-shows," the bubble.credits will be forfeited, as the booking still impacts our availability and operations
Where can I see and track my bubble.credit balance?
You can view your bubble.credits balance in your Bubble.ride account under the bubble.credits section. New credits are added automatically within 24 hours of completing a journey.
What happens to my bubble.credits if I cancel a ride?
Yes, you can transfer your bubble.credits to someone else once every 12 months. Transfers are free of charge.
