Requesting a ride
Requesting a ride is easy and quick, just click on "Request a Ride" and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, you can request a ride by phone at: 07787 877 007
And the rewards
Registered bubble.ride users enjoy a 5% discount on every ride and earn bubble.credits with each journey, where 1 bubble.credit equals £1 in savings. Credits can be applied to future rides, and you will have access to exclusive discounts and special offers.
We review all online booking requests and respond by email, normally within 15 minutes.
Once your ride is accepted, you'll receive an email and a text message confirming the details of your ride.
On the day of your trip, the driver will aim to arrive at the pick-up address 10 minutes prior to the specified time. They will notify you by text/call of their arrival.
You can pay with cash, a mobile wallet (e.g. Apple Pay), or a credit/debit card. We accept all major cards, including Amex. You can also prepay prior to your journey.

We carefully check each request to ensure availability, so when your ride is accepted, it’s fully confirmed - no last-minute surprises.
