We kindly ask you not to provide feedback and ideas containing confidential and/or sensitive information or suggestions. By providing bubble.ride with your ideas, suggestions, feedback, or any type of related communication, you agree that:

Zero Tolerance towards drug and alcohol use

We do not tolerate the use of any kind of harmful substances (such as drugs, alcohol, and/or other opioids) by both our drivers, as well as our passengers. Drug and alcohol use are not permitted, under any circumstances, while using bubble.ride.

Zero Tolerance towards abuse

We do not tolerate any kind of abuse, including verbal, be it from or towards our drivers. For everyone's safety, our vehicles and their cabins are monitored.

Privacy – your data

To provide our services, bubble.ride is required to collect and store user-provided information and details associated with services provided to them. This information includes:

Personal Information: First and last name, email address, phone number, address, gender, accessibility requirements, demographics.

Service-related information: Addresses – such as “to” and “from”, time/date(s) of travel, flight itinerary information, number of passengers, payment preferences and information (e.g. monies paid), loyalty program usage and loyalty balances (i.e. bubblecredits). bubble.ride does not store payment information such as credit card details. Bubble.ride uses third parties to process payments, such as Square, as such we are unable to guarantee nor can be held liable for damages to you caused by our suppliers.

Communication with us: bubbleride.co.uk supports two-way communication through the use of “notes”, as such we capture and store this information to enable us to provide our services.

For compliance reasons, bubble.ride is required to store journey details, including but not limited to: name/s of passenger/s, time/date of service, payment method and amount) for a period of up to 6 months.

We reserve the right to share your personal data with third-parties and the authorities in case of an emergency.

Loyalty program

Bubble.ride rewards customers through our loyalty program, which generates "bubble.credits" for every eligible journey taken with us. Unless explicitly stated otherwise before the journey starts, all rides are considered eligible for earning credits. How it Works:

Credits Generation: During every eligible ride, credits are accumulated and then added to the user's account. The amount of credits earned per ride is determined by a proprietary calculation.

Usage: Credits cannot be applied to the journey on which they were earned. Instead, they can be used to reduce the cost of subsequent rides.

Non-Monetary Value: Bubble.credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are strictly a benefit for future travel within the bubble.ride service.

Management: Bubble.ride reserves the right to generate, issue, adjust, or remove credits from user accounts at its discretion.

No Expiration: Credits do not expire, allowing customers to use them at their convenience.

Use of discount codes

Bubble.ride may offer discount codes to provide savings on eligible journeys. By using a discount code, you agree to the following terms:

Expiration: Discount codes may have an expiration date and will no longer be valid after the specified period.

Personal Use: Discount codes designated for personal use may only be shared with immediate family members. Sharing with individuals outside your family is not permitted.

No Public Posting: Discount codes must not be published or shared online, including on social media platforms, forums, or any other public channels.

Policy Enforcement: Bubble.ride reserves the right to refuse honoring a discount code if there is evidence of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or any breach of these terms

Cancellations & Refunds

At bubble.ride, we strive to accommodate changes to your travel plans and keep cancellation charges to a minimum. However, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or departure time are free of charge. Any bubble.credits used to offset the cost of the journey will be removed from your account.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or departure may incur a charge of up to 100% of the quoted fare. In such cases, any bubble.credits applied to the journey may not be refunded, or only partially refunded.

How to Cancel: Cancellation requests can be made through your account at bubbleride.co.uk or over the phone at 07787 877 007.

Bubble.ride will always endeavor to minimize cancellation charges whenever possible and will review each case to ensure a fair outcome

Wrong bookings

At bubble.ride, we understand that honest mistakes can happen, and we will always strive to accommodate customers in such circumstances. However, please note the following:

No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for bookings made with incorrect details, such as the wrong pick-up point, date, or time, if the booking has already been fulfilled or if a cancellation is made with late notice.

Limitation of Liability: Bubble.ride will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from a booking made with incorrect information.

We encourage customers to double-check their booking details to ensure accuracy before confirming their reservation.

Payments

Bubble.ride accepts the following payment methods for your convenience:

Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit and debit cards (including American Express).

Not Accepted: We do not accept cheques, PayPal (unless the payment has been made in advance), or cryptocurrencies.

Payment Timing: Full payment must be made either before the journey starts or immediately after it concludes. For roundtrips, payment can be settled at the end of the return leg of the trip – upon agreement with bubble.ride.

Bubble.ride uses third-party services, such as Square, to process payments securely

Bubble.ride does not impose any extra fees beyond the cost of our direct services. This means we do not charge additional payment or credit card processing fees. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for any fees your bank or credit card company may apply, such as currency conversion charges.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Passenger's Age: I confirm I am at least 18 years old.

Responsibility: I accept responsibility for my actions and those of any passengers during the trip.

Price and Payment: I agree to pay the quoted fare unless otherwise arranged with bubble.ride. Payment is due by the end of the journey unless other arrangements are made.

Cleaning Fees: If I or my passengers cause spills or damage, I will cover a £60 cleaning fee.

Trip Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of up to 100% of the fare.

Waiting Time: If the driver waits beyond 15 minutes (non-airport) or 30 minutes

(airport), a fee of £1.50 per additional 5-minute interval applies.

Trip Amendments: I am responsible for any extra costs resulting from changes to the service, which bubble.ride is not obligated to accept.

Planning My Trip: I am responsible for planning the journey, and bubble.ride is not liable for delays due to planning or unforeseen circumstances.

No Show: If I do not inform bubble.ride of a late arrival or fail to show up, bubble.ride may cancel my booking, withhold payments, or refuse future service.

No show

If you are running more than 75 minutes late and have not contacted bubble.ride, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without issuing a refund. This policy applies to both one-way and roundtrip reservations, including the first and/or second leg of the journey.

GDPR Compliance

Bubble.ride is committed to protecting your personal data in line with GDPR requirements. We collect, process, and store personal information only for specified, legitimate purposes and take appropriate measures to ensure its accuracy, security, and confidentiality. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data, and we will always handle your personal information transparently and lawfully.
